With a warm and collaborative style, Aimee helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, communication issues, self-worth, trauma, and personal growth while honoring their Catholic values and spiritual life. She also specializes in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and couples through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early parenthood. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore emotional healing, strengthen marriages and relationships, and deepen their faith journey. Her goal is to empower you with practical tools and deeper insight so you can move forward with confidence and authenticity. She provides individual and couples therapy to clients seventeen and above.
